This Amendment is being filed in relation to a change in the Reporting Persons ownership percentage of the Issuer as a result of the redemption of 500 AMTP shares held by the Reporting Persons, as described in the Notice of Intention to Redeem Securities, N-23C-2, filed by the Issuer with the SEC on May 1, 2026, and 500 MuniFund Preferred Shares not held by the Reporting Persons. The outstanding share count gives effect to the decrease in the Issuers preferred stock to 14,776 as reported by the Issuer to the Reporting Persons on September 30, 2026, and to the subsequent redemption of 500 shares by the Reporting Persons on October 5, 2026, resulting in 14,276 preferred shares outstanding. Item 2 of the Original Schedule 13D is hereby amended by: deleting Schedule I referenced therein and replacing it with Schedule I included with this Amendment. Item 2 of the Original Schedule 13D is hereby amended by: deleting Schedule II referenced therein and replacing it with Schedule II included with this Amendment. Paragraph (a) of Item 5 of the Original Schedule 13D is hereby amended and restated to read as follow: "The responses of the Reporting Persons to rows (7) through (11) of the cover pages of this Amendment are incorporated herein by reference". Paragraph (b) of Item 5 of the Original Schedule 13D is hereby amended and restated to read as follow: "The responses of the Reporting Persons to rows (7) through (11) of the cover pages of this Amendment are incorporated herein by reference."
