Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Also, in the press release issued on November 4, 2026, the Company announced that its Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase authorization on October 29, 2026, authorizing the Company to repurchase up to $1 billion of its common stock (the “Share Repurchase Authorization”) and terminated its prior share repurchase authorization.
