VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
MALVERN, Pa., February 12, 2026 - Vishay
Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE:VSH), one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive components, announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock and Class B
common stock, to be paid March 26, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business March 12, 2026. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
