Regulation FD Disclosure.


On January 15, 2009, STEN Corporation (the “Company”) first mailed a letter to the holders of its renewable unsecured subordinated notes (the “subordinated notes”), a copy of which letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The letter to the holders of the subordinated notes contains certain material non-public information regarding the Company.
