| 1) | What is the strategic rationale for the acquisition? |
| · | This is about serving customers even better than we do today across three areas: |
| o | We are enhancing our capabilities in a large, growing and competitive market. We know that customers have strong buying motivations across image, safety, cleanliness, and compliance. By combining our complementary businesses, we will provide a more comprehensive service offering and value proposition for our customers. |
| o | We are creating a more robust and efficient option for customers and workers. By optimizing our garment and facility solutions and investing in our last-mile fleets, we’re providing a stronger, more reliable sourcing option that delivers real value to the customers we serve. |
