Item 7.01: Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 13, 2026, Cardinal Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, an update to its previously issued fiscal year 2026 non-GAAP earnings per share outlook. The release also contains information about the Company’s upcoming appearance at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, which is scheduled for January 13 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. A copy of the news release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
