On March 25, 2026, Micron Technology, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has commenced cash tender offers to purchase any and all of its outstanding 5.300% Senior Notes due 2031, 5.650% Senior Notes due 2032, 5.875% Senior Notes due 2033, 5.875% Senior Notes due 2033, 5.800% Senior Notes due 2035, and 6.050% Senior Notes due 2035.
