On January 16, 2026, Mr. Kaufman disclosed that he planned to terminate the Trusts during the first quarter of 2026. The planned terminations are proceeding. As of March 6, 2026, 59,601 Shares have been distributed to the Trusts' beneficiaries in connection with these terminations. See rows (11) and (13) of the cover page to this Schedule 13D for the aggregate number of Shares and percentage of Shares beneficially owned by Mr. Kaufman. The aggregate percentage of Shares reported beneficially owned by Mr. Kaufman is based upon 1,377,722 Shares outstanding as of February 2, 2026, as disclosed in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025, filed by the Issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 17, 2026.
