Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain officers.

Ecology and Environment Inc. announced the resignation of Kurt A. Zmich from his position as Senior Vice President – U.S. Operations, effective November 2, 2019.  Mr. Zmich joined the Company as Director of Commercial and Industrial Services in May 2018.  He was promoted to Business Operations Director in November 2018 and Senior Vice President – U.S. Operations in April 2019.
