The Company held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. As of March 23, 2026, the record date for the meeting, 53,313,462 shares of Company common stock were issued and outstanding. A quorum of 50,078,328 shares of common stock was present or represented at the meeting. Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of the shareholders.
