   Vale informs about VBM Day Rio de Janeiro, March 24, 2026 – Vale S.A. (“Vale”) informs that its subsidiary Vale Base Metals will hold an event with capital market participants, the VBM Day, in Toronto, Canada, on March 31, 2026. The event will be broadcast live via video webcast in English, starting at 10:00 a.m. Brasília time, 9:00 a.m. New York time, and 1:00 p.m. London time.
