This Amendment No. 1 amends the information disclosed in the Original Schedule 13D as set forth herein. Information regarding the executive officers, directors or other control persons of the Reporting Persons is set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which Schedule is hereby incorporated by reference. Item 4 of the Original Schedule 13D is hereby amended and supplemented as follows: Pro rata in-kind distribution by Yorktown XI of 500,000 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer on May 28, 2026. Item 5(a) of the Original Schedule 13D is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the following: The information below is based on 21,695,947 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of May 4, 2026, which is the total number of shares of Common Stock outstanding as reported in the Issuer's quarterly report on Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on May 6, 2026. Each of the Reporting Persons beneficially owns an aggregate of 1,284,113 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer, representing 5.92% of the outstanding Common Stock of the Issuer. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported Common Stock except to the extent of such Reporting Person's respective pecuniary interest therein, and this statement shall not be deemed an admission that such Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the reported Common Stock for the purposes of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act or any other purpose.
