Andina Santander Resources Cooperatieve U.A., a company formed under the laws of
the Netherlands.

Andina Santander Resources Cooperatieve U.A., a company formed under the laws of
the Netherlands owns all of the outstanding shares of Energia Andina Santander
Resources SAS, a Colombian company.
