The ownership percentage appearing on such cover pages has been calculated based on 574,219,895,457 shares of Common Stock outstanding calculated as follows: 604,441,789,335 shares of Common Stock outstanding as reported in the Issuer's prospectus supplement filed pursuant to Rule 424(b)(7) with the SEC on September 9, 2025, less (i) the 9,671,006,041 shares of Common Stock repurchased by the Issuer as disclosed by the Issuer in the Form 6-K filed with the SEC on May 1, 2025 and (ii) the 20,550,887,837 shares of Common Stock repurchased by the Issuer as disclosed by the Issuer in the Form 6-K filed with the SEC on July 31, 2025. On September 11, 2025, the Reporting Persons sold at aggregate of 5,000,000 ADSs representing 10,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock in the open market at a price of $47.86 per ADS. Item 6 of the Schedule 13D is amended and supplemented as follows: On September 8, 2025, the Reporting Persons were granted a waiver of their previously disclosed lock-up agreement entered into in connection with the Underwritten Offering that closed on August 18, 2025. In connection with the sale of ADSs described in Item 5(c) of this Amendment No. 7, the Reporting Persons agreed to customary lock-up provisions with respect to the ADSs through September 19, 2025.
