Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share Talos Energy Inc. 333 Clay Street, Suite 3300 Houston TX 77002 This Amendment No. 4 amends and supplements the Schedule 13D filed by the Reporting Persons on June 3, 2024, as amended and supplemented by Amendment No. 1 filed on August 9, 2024, Amendment No. 2 filed on September 5, 2024 and Amendment No. 3 filed on December 18, 2024 (the "Original Schedule 13D" and, as amended and supplemented by this Amendment, the "Schedule 13D") with respect to the Common Stock, with par value of $0.001 per share (the "Common Shares"), of Talos Energy Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware (the "Issuer"). Capitalized terms used in this Amendment and not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Original Schedule 13D. Calculations of the percentage of the Common Shares beneficially owned are based on a total of approximately 168,514,683 Common Shares issued and outstanding as of February 17, 2026, as reported in the Issuer's Form 10-K filed with the SEC on February 26, 2026.
