EMANUEL STREET MOBILE AL 36602 The following constitutes Amendment No. 3 ("Amendment No. 3") to the Schedule 13D filed by the undersigned with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 10, 2024 (the "Original Schedule 13D") as amended by Amendment No. 1 on September 22, 2025, and Amendment No. 2 on September 29, 2025 (the Original Schedule 13D and Amendment Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are together, the "Schedule 13D"). This Amendment No. 3 amends the Schedule 13D as specifically set forth herein. Item 5(a)-(c) of the Schedule 13D is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: (a) Total shares held: 632,451. The percentages used in this Schedule 13D are calculated based upon 14,906,825 outstanding shares of Common Stock as of March 26, 2026 as reported in the Issuer's Annual Report on Form 10-K filed on March 31, 2026.
