Non-GAAP Financial Information Tangible assets, tangible common equity, tangible common equity ratio, tangible book value per common share, adjusted net earnings, adjusted return on average assets, return on average tangible common equity, adjusted return on average tangible common equity, pre-tax pre-provision (“PTPP”) income, adjusted noninterest expense, efficiency ratio, adjusted efficiency ratio, core loan portfolio growth, adjusted ACL ratio, and economic coverage ratio constitute supplemental financial information determined by methods other than in accordance with GAAP. These non-GAAP measures are used by management in its analysis of the Company's performance. Tangible assets and tangible equity is calculated by subtracting goodwill and other intangible assets from total assets. Tangible common equity is calculated by subtracting preferred stock, as applicable, from tangible equity. Return on average tangible common equity is calculated by dividing net earnings available to common stockholders, after adjustment for amortization of intangible assets and goodwill impairment, by average tangible common equity.
