This Schedule 13D relates to the shares of common stock (the "Common Stock") of Sonim Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Issuer"). Except as specifically provided herein, this Amendment No. 11 does not modify any of the information previously reported in the Schedule 13D, as amended. On June 24, 2024, AJP and Orbic issued a press release announcing the filing of their Definitive Proxy Materials and recommended that Sonim stockholders vote for their five highly qualified board nominees at the Issuer's 2025 Annual Meeting on July 18, 2025.
