As of August 24, 2026, the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own 5,064,548 Shares, representing approximately 11.62% of the outstanding Shares of the Issuer. The foregoing beneficial ownership percentage is based on a total of 43,586,605 Shares outstanding as reported in the Issuer's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 5, 2026. The Reporting Person has sole voting power and sole dispositive power over 5,064,548 Shares, representing approximately 11.62% of the Issuer's outstanding Shares.
