On February 24, 2026, Larimar Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation to nomlabofusp for the treatment of adults and children with Friedreich’s ataxia.
