1.			Election of nine Directors.
2.			Ratification of amendment to the Company's Bylaws.
3.			To vote, on a non-binding basis, on the frequency of future advisory votes to approve the Company's executive compensation.
4.			Ratification of the appointment of the Company’s independent accounting firm, Ernst & Young LLP, for 2024.
