On August 5, 2026, SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, ended June 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
