KB Financial Group Inc.

On March 10, 2026, KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group”) reported that the number of shares owned by its largest shareholder, the Korean National Pension Service, had increased from 33,107,971 shares of common stock, representing 8.68% of the total shares as of December 31, 2025, to 33,379,901 shares of common stock, representing 8.95% of 372,850,455 total shares based on the shareholder registry of KB Financial Group as of February 27, 2026.
