On August 6, 2015, ZS Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this report by reference.
