5 Q2 2025 Highlights (1) Refer to the calculation of these non-GAAP financial measures and a reconciliation to their most directly comparable GAAP financial measures in the appendix. The calculation of return on average tangible equity has been adjusted from prior period disclosures.  Solid Profitability: Net income for the second quarter of 2025 was $26.4 million, or diluted earnings per share of $0.51, which translated into an annualized return on average assets of 1.01%, an annualized return on average equity of 6.62% and an annualized return on average tangible equity of 12.16%(1).  Strong Net Interest Margin: Tax equivalent net interest margin for the second quarter of 2025 was 4.18% compared to 4.20% for the first quarter of 2025.
