| 2. TCGX Sponsor, LLC is the record holder of the shares reported herein. Chen Yu is the manager of TCGX Sponsor, LLC and exercises voting and investment discretion over the securities held of record by TCGX Sponsor, LLC. Mr. Yu disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. |
