Comment for Type of Reporting Person: Mr. Zartler is the beneficial owner of 5,289,542 shares of common stock of the Issuer. Mr. Zartler holds a direct interest in 1,049,227 shares of Class A common stock (which includes 450,381 shares of restricted stock) and 726,819 shares of Class B common stock. Mr. Zartler also holds an indirect interest in 3,513,496 shares of Class B common stock through Solaris Energy Capital, LLC. Mr. Zartler is the sole member of Solaris Energy Capital, LLC and has the authority to vote or dispose of the shares held by Solaris Energy Capital, LLC in his sole discretion. Shares of the Issuer's Class B common stock are exchangeable for shares of Class A common stock on a one-for-one basis. The percent of class represented in row (11) is based on 48,802,385 shares of Class A common stock of the Issuer issued and outstanding as of October 31, 2025 as reported in the Issuer's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 6, 2025, the 726,819 shares of Class B common stock directly held by Mr. Zartler and the 3,513,496 shares of Class B common stock indirectly held by Mr. Zartler through Solaris Energy Capital, LLC.
