On March 12, 2015, the Board of Directors of EveryWare Global, Inc. (Nasdaq:EVRY) appointed company President and Chief Executive Officer Sam Solomon as a member of the board of directors, effective immediately. As Mr. Solomon receives compensation for his position as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, he will not receive additional compensation as a Board member.
