WhiteHawk Capital Partners LP ("WhiteHawk"), as the Administrator of Titan Trust 2024 I pursuant to a Trust Agreement dated February 15, 2024, may be deemed to beneficially own the securities reported herein. The filing of this Schedule 13G shall not be construed as an admission that WhiteHawk is, for the purposes of sections 13(d) or 13(g) of the Act, the beneficial owner of any securities covered hereby.
