Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 27, 2026, Splash Beverage Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Senor Frog’s, an internationally recognized restaurant and entertainment brand known for its vibrant atmosphere and authentic cuisine, has selected Chispo® Tequila as its house tequila across an initial group of locations in Florida, the Bahamas, and Mexico. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
