Departure of Chief Financial Officer

On June 2, 2025, Michael Lawless notified Lifeward Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer, effective as of June 27, 2025 or such earlier date as agreed upon by the Company and Mr. Lawless. Mr. Lawless’ resignation is for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company or its independent registered public accountants on any matter relating to the Company’s financial or accounting operations, policies or practices.
