This Statement is filed by Sofinnova Venture Partners XI, L.P. ("SVP XI"), Sofinnova Management XI, L.P. ("SM XI LP"), Sofinnova Management XI, L.L.C. ("SM XI LLC"), Dr. James I. Healy ("Healy") and Dr. Maha Katabi ("Katabi"). The foregoing entities and individuals are collectively referred to as the "Reporting Persons." This Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13G (this "Amendment") amends and restates in its entirety the Statement on Schedule 13G that was initially filed on November 12, 2024 (the "Original Schedule 13G"), on behalf of the Reporting Persons, in respect of shares of Common Stock, $0.0001 Par Value per Share ("Common Stock"), of ArriVent Biopharma, Inc. (the "Issuer").
