On August 10, 2026, Varex Imaging Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary results of operations for the three and nine months ended July 3, 2026 entitled: “Varex Announces Financial Results for Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2026.” A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this item.
