The amount is based upon the offer to purchase up to 73,228 common shares of beneficial interest (5% of the common shares of beneficial interest outstanding as of January 3, 2022, rounded to the nearest whole share) based upon a price per share of $87.61 (the net asset value per share on January 3, 2022). The fee of $594.72 was paid in connection with the filing of the Schedule TO-I by BlackRock Multi-Sector Opportunities Trust II (File No. 005-91550) on January 7, 2022 (the “Schedule TO”). This is the final amendment to the Schedule TO and is being filed to report the results of the offer.
