The Common Stock reported herein was purchased with the working capital of SNB. Items 5(a) and 5(b) of the Schedule 13D are hereby amended and restated as follows: As of the date of this filing, SNB beneficially owned 3,345,230.412 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer which, in the aggregate, represents 6.5% of the issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Issuer as of the date of this filing. The percentage was calculated based on 51,342,516.657 shares outstanding, consisting of (i) 51,238,054.309 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of July 31, 2026, as reported by the Issuer in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on August 7, 2026, and (ii) 104,462.348 shares of Common Stock issued on August 3, 2026, as reported by the Issuer in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 26, 2026.
