On August 7, 2025, The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc., a British Columbia corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K, which is incorporated into this item by reference.
