Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective August 20, 2026, Carlos Gonzalez resigned as a director of the registrant, Laser Photonics Corporation, without any disagreement regarding the operations, policies or practices of Laser Photonics. Mr. Gonzalez was a member of the Compensation Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee of the Laser Photonics Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of Laser Photonics accepted his resignation.
