Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On December 16, 2025, John D. Yamokoski, Chief Technical Officer of Nauticus Robotics, Inc. (the "Company") informed the Company of his intention to resign from his position to accept a position with a different company. Mr. Yamokoski has agreed to remain with the Company in his current role until January 2, 2026.
