The principal business of Ginkgo Capital Global Fund SPC is to hold a portfolio of investments in a broad area, including both public and private equities. During the last 5 years, none of the Reporting Persons has been convicted in a criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar misdemeanors). During the last 5 years, none of the Reporting Persons has been party to a civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body of competent jurisdiction as a result of which such person or entity was or is subject to a judgment, decree or final order enjoining future violations of, or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to, federal or state securities laws or finding any violation with respect to such laws. Falcon Creek Capital Advisor is an Illinois limited liability company. Falcon Creek Technology Fund I is a Delaware limited partnership.
