On December 10, 2025, Exzeo Group, Inc. ("Exzeo") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the earnings release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report in Form 8-K.

Exzeo plans to host an earnings conference call on December 10, 2025 at 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time, during which members of executive management, including our Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Financial Officer will discuss the results.
