Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meaning set forth in the Statement. Item 4 of the Statement is hereby amended and supplemented by inserting the following: CLOSING OF PIPE On March 19, 2026, the previously disclosed PIPE transaction closed. PUT OPTIONS On March 19, 2026, PSD Investment Limited entered into four put option arrangements (collectively, the "Relevant Put Options") with GSAI, on terms substantially similar to the previously disclosed Put Options, respectively. Item 5(a) of the Statement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: The information contained on the cover pages to this Statement is incorporated herein by reference. The percentages of beneficial ownership set forth herein are based on (i) 127,715,248 Class A ADSs and (ii) 996,419 Class B ADSs, issued and outstanding as of March 19, 2026.
