December 2025 Distributions

On December 29, 2025, TPG Twin Brook Capital Income Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Company”), declared distributions for each class of its common shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”) in the amounts per share set forth below:

The distributions for each class of Shares are payable to shareholders of record as of the open of business on December 31, 2025, and will be paid on or about January 28, 2026.

These distributions will be paid in cash or reinvested in Shares for shareholders participating in the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan.

Net Asset Value

The net asset value (“NAV”) per share of each class of Shares as of November 30, 2025, as determined in accordance with the Company’s valuation policy, is set forth below:

As of November 30, 2025, the Company’s aggregate NAV was $2.2 billion, the fair value of its investment portfolio was $4.1 billion and it had principal debt outstanding of $2.0 billion, resulting in a debt-to-equity ratio of approximately 0.88 times.

Status of the Offering

The Company is currently publicly offering on a continuous basis up to $5.0 billion in Shares (the “Offering”). The following table lists the Shares issued and total consideration for the Offering as of the date of this filing (through the December 1, 2025 subscription date), reflective of transfers between share classes. The table below does not include Shares sold through the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan. The Company intends to continue selling Shares in the Offering on a monthly basis.
