On August 19, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing a strategic relationship with 360 Energy to collaborate on in-field computing infrastructure to develop hydrocarbons and cryptocurrency. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
