Item 8.01. Other Events.

On March 3, 2026, the Board of Managers of Andalusian Credit Company, LLC (the “Company”) declared a cash distribution on the Company’s limited liability company interests, par value $0.001 per share (the “Shares”), from taxable earnings, in an amount equal to $0.11 per Share and a supplemental cash distribution of $0.03 per Share, payable on March 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2026.
