Conclusion

$24.1B / $37B = 65%, which explains the “about 70%” claim. It is an inference—not a Microsoft disclosure—and is not apples-to-apples: the numerator is full-year related-party revenue including revenue sharing, while the denominator is a point-in-time AI run rate.
