Nebius Data Center Timelines — SMASIMHO Posts and Tracker (October 14, 2026)

Reviewed October 14, 2026. Based on SMASIMHO’s collected posts and linked data center tracker, including its quarter-by-quarter timeline. The collected sample contains 400 posts from October 5–14, 2026; the tracker supplies earlier project context.
MW figures are cumulative capacity at each site. Projected dates and inferred capacity remain estimates attributed to SMASIMHO, rather than independently confirmed operating milestones.

Capacity discrepancy

SMASIMHO’s October 13 Hyderabad post mentions 29–129 MW, conflicting with the prior post. VOLT’s own project page assigns 150 MW to Hyderabad and 29–129 MW to Dubai. Those are developer capacities, not confirmed Nebius allocations.
