No. You can use Modeledge through MCP from your AI client. The website is useful for browsing companies, reviewing sources, managing API keys, and opening saved research artifacts. Paid Research plans provide higher MCP usage limits.
What is MCP and Claude Code integration?▼
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets tools run inside MCP-compatible clients such as Claude Code. Modeledge exposes corporate research tools there so your agent can search filings, query financial data, analyze companies, and create artifacts without switching contexts.
How current is the data?▼
SEC filings are added to our database within minutes of being filed with the SEC. Earnings transcripts are typically available within 24 hours of the call.
