Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On April 10, 2026, United States Antimony Corporation (the “Company”) provided an operational update on the Fostung Project, an intermediate-stage tungsten exploration asset located in Foster Township, Sudbury District, Ontario, approximately 8 kilometers (km) southeast of Espanola and approximately 70 km west-southwest of Sudbury, by making available its Technical Report Summary (“TRS”) on its Fostung Tungsten Property located in Ontario, Canada, with an effective date of January 31, 2026, which had been recently been prepared and completed in accordance with the requirements of subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K.  The TRS was completed by SRK Consulting (Canada), Inc., who is a “Qualified Person” as such term is defined in subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K. The Fostung project comprises 50 contiguous single-cell mining claims covering 1,109 hectares (ha) and hosts a skarn-type tungsten deposit (scheelite) with associated molybdenum, copper, and silver mineralization.

 

The Fostung Project is directly owned by UAMY Cobalt Corporation (“UAMY Cobalt”). UAMY Cobalt is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
